344th Reunion 2013
Carl,
Here are the names of the seven men in the photo.
One man Brad Urey is not part of the 344th. He was
with the other group that joins the 344th and he
was their only vet in attendance.
So from left to right
Bill Whitney, a pilot who was shot down on his first
mission and was a POW
Don Korkowski (aka Korky)
Santo Endrizzi (my dad)
Brad Urey, a retired colonel
Ed Horn, a co pilot and POW, the movie "The Great Escape"
was based on the stalag he was in
George Elridge
Otto Kilpatrick
It was a great reunion. Next year is New Orleans.
